Wine Dinner at Hotel Sorrento

Set within the Fireside Room at Hotel Sorrento, this next chapter brings together guests for a four-course dinner by Executive Chef Paolo Pezzali. The menu will be shaped by the season and designed in conversation with each wine, highlighting the structure and richness that define Dunham Cellars’ portfolio. Each pairing is selected to complement and contrast, creating a dining experience that unfolds course by course. It’s an evening meant to be savored slowly, with good company, shared tables, and a sense of occasion.

 

Tickets include all four courses and curated wine pairings for $120. Seating is limited.
