2021 Trutina

64% Merlot | 29% Cabernet Sauvignon | 4% Malbec | 2% Petit Verdot | 1% Cabernet Franc

Inspired by the Bordeaux varieties, our classic blend opens with aromas of black plum, blackberry jam, and white pepper. Subtle barrel spice notes mingle with delectable flavors of dates, dried cherries, and apricot on the palate. As always, impeccably balanced with the structure to play well with food and yet the smooth richness to enjoy all by itself.

2021 Syrah

Our 100% Syrah opens with savory notes of sage, herbs, and rosemary mingling amongst a backdrop of inky blue and black fruits. Additional time in the glass reveals cedar, smoked meats, fig, graphite, and dried cranberry. All of these beautiful, complex notes are found on the palate with lifted acidity and balanced tannins providing the structure to age gracefully. 

Pair with herb-roasted turkey and wild mushroom gravy.

2020 Cabernet Sauvignon XXVI

Black currant, black cherry, and cocoa notes aromatically entice as additional time in the glass reveals blue fruits and cocktail cherries. On the palate are big flavors of cherry and blackberry, while cedar and baking spice linger across the long and elegant finish.
